In 2024, based in our calculations and the early Support and Interest of Investors to the Project, we aim to develop 70% of Io Retreat and finish the Project before Summer of 2025.

Begin road construction to provide access to different areas of the retreat.

Level the landscape for optimal dome placement.

We  will invest personal funds in the initial stages of land preparation and infrastructure development.

Financial Investment:

We have Developed a detailed business plan and financial model for the geodesic dome retreat.

Potential financial investors interested in supporting the construction and overall development can contact us at any stage of Development.

We aim to Secure commitments and investment agreements.

Dome Construction:

Initiate geodesic dome construction in phases, starting with prototypes and expanding based on available funds.

Incorporate sustainable building practices and materials provided by the material investors.

Install basic utilities such as water and electricity to the site.

Begin groundwork for sustainable practices, like rainwater harvesting and waste management.

Establish a central hub for utilities to serve the entire retreat.
